Thomas Equipment

Thomas Equipment was established through the acquisition of the assets of McCain Group, Ltd’s Thomas Equipment, Ltd. subsidiary and the acquisition of Pnuetech, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Collectively, these companies generated over $100 million in revenue in 2004.

Thomas Equipment, Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of compact earth moving equipment. Thomas operates a 137,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Centreville, New Brunswick, Canada and employs approximately 400 people. The newly renovated plant has capacity to produce 4000 skid steer loaders and 200 screening plants per year.
 
Pneutech, Inc. has over thirty-one years of experience in the field of fluid power and specializes in the design engineering, manufacture and distribution of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components for all automation and motion control applications.
 
Pneutech's manufacturing and distribution facilities are located in Montreal, Toronto, Quebec City, Chicoutimi, Trois Rivière and British Columbia. Pneutech has provided customers with turnkey solutions to realize the most complex motion and control applications, while supplying value-added services since 1973.
